Cameron was the son of Dr. Janet Lindsey and Dr. Shad Dabaghi and the brother of Kendall and Andrene Dabaghi. He attended St. Andrew's Lower School and St. Stephen's Middle School. He graduated from Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, MA in 2008. At the time of his death he was a Yale University junior who was a resident in Berkeley College, majoring in Asian studies. He had spent a summer abroad in China studying at Peking University and touring China. He was captain of the Yale Men's Club Tennis Team. He was an accomplished pianist and liked to snow ski and listen to music. His friends remember him for his steadfast integrity, kindness, and gentleness, as well as what an excellent student and leader he was. Sadly he ended his life by jumping off the Empire State Building.
