Services for Harvard John Austrew, 85, Butler Road, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Hughart and Beard Funeral Home. Hopkinsville, with the Rev. Dan Ferguson and Don Troutman officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Memoral Gardens, Christian County.
He died at 6:10 a.m. Friday at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
A native of Henderson County, he was born Dec. 22. 1912, He was the son of the late Love S. and Hope Dill Austrew, a retired farmer and building contractor and a member of Second Baptist Church. His first wife, Opal Stone Austrew, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his current wife, Johnnie Grace Neal Austrew; a son, Harvard F. "Buddy" Austrew; two daughters, Ima Dean Wells and Mrs. Elmer (Charlotte) Fort; a stepdaughter, Joyce Hastle; a brother, Delbert Austrew; and seven Grandchildren, three Sep-grandchildren, nine Great-grandchildren and a step-Great-grandchild.
