Jean A. Burkholder, 68, of RD 2, Navarre, died suddenly of a heart attack Tuesday evening in his residence.
Mr. Burkholder was a farmer and life resident of the area. His wife, the late Mrs. Ada Roush Burkholder, died in 1919.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ada M. Jones, at home; a sister, Mrs. Mabel Stevers of RD 2, Navarre; a brother, Virgil Donat of RD 2, Massillon; four grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Friday at 2pm at the Desvoignes funeral home in Mt. Eaton with the Rev. John P. Williams, pastor of the Stanwood United Church of Christ, officiating. Interment will be made in the Massillon cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
