Mrs. Ellen Grayson, after a few days of suffering, quietly passed across the dark river of death, the 19th isnt. at home, near Keensburg. Services at Christian church the 10th, conducted by Elders Lowe and Field. A large concourse of people followed the remains to the old Coffee cemetery, where she was laid away to rest. She was a consistent member of the Christian church, and will be missed, not only at the house of worship, but in her home as a companion and mother, and in the neighborhood as one always ready to aid others. She leaves behind a companion, three daughters and five sons and other relatives and friends to mourn over her departure.
