She married George Phillip Bodnar, Sr. April 13, 1940 in Yuma, Arizona. They lived in Los Angeles until about 1945 when they bought a house in Lynwood. They had 6 children, Judith English, Patricia, Beth Gutierrez, George, Jr., Phillip and Richard.
