She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Adams, Sr., and daughter, Patricia Susan Morrell. She is survived by sons, James E. Adams, Jr. and Willard L. Adams; brother, Buford Vivion of Kentucky, 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
