Sandra "Sandy" K. Bliss, 42, of Williamsport, died at 4:35 p.m. Wednesday , November 19, 2003, in University Hospitals, following an extended illness. She was born February 26, 1961, in Columbus, to Robert and Virginia Bennett Arthurs.
Sandy is survived by her mother of Yellowbud; fiancé, Tim Scott, of Williamsport; children, Carla L. (Michael) Mascara, of Chillicothe, Susan K. (Kyle Beechler) Bliss, of Frankfort, and Catherine M. (Nathan) Thatcher, of Williamsport; 3 grandchildren; sister, Kathy (Sonny) Madden, of Yellowbud; brothers, Paul (Diane Hoops) Arthurs and Robert Jr. (Kim) Arthurs, all of Yellowbud and Timothy (Amy) Arthurs, of Chillicothe; several nieces, nephews, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins; and her loving dogs, Butch, Duke and Lady. She was predeceased by her father.
She was a former driver Pickaway County Community Action.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, November 22, 2003, in Ware Funeral Home, with Rev. Gene Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Springbank Cemetery.
