Uncle Ernest was one of the finest men I ever knew. I spent a lot of time at their house as a child. He prayed before every meal, sat in his recliner and read his Bible by Lamp light. When he wasn't reading, the Bible set on a table by his chair. He inspired me to be a better person and join the church in later years. He was my Favorite Uncle and I truly loved this man. He loved the Lord and wasn't afraid to tell anyone of his faith in God. He not only talked the talk, he walked the walk! He was a good husband and a Great Human Being in general.
He had a dog named Fluff. I loved playing with Fluff on my visits.

Something Special for Uncle Ernest

THE MOST POPULAR PERSON IN THE WORLD

Jesus had no servants, Yet they called Him Master.
Jesus had no degree, Yet they called Him Teacher.
Jesus had no medicines, Yet they called Him Healer.
Jesus had no Army, Yet Kings feared Him.
Jesus had no Military, Yet He conqured the world.
Jesus did no wrong, yet they crucified Him.
Jesus was buried in a tomb, yet he arose.
Jesus lives today! And forever more!
Feel honored to serve such a Leader who loved us all!

*************************POEM*****************************
Cry your tears of sorrow, then lay your tears aside.
Don't weep for me forever, nor in your sorrow hide.
For I am more alive today, than I ever was before.
I am just 1 heartbeat from the door, to a new life full and free.
Because of Christ I have run the race and now have victory.
