Jade Makayla Sullivan of Campbellsville Ky., died at 8:05 p.m. Saturday May 5-2012 in Campbellsville as a result of an automobile accident. Age 17. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Washington Baptist Church. She was a member of the Taylor County High School Class of 2012 and was employed as assistant manager of Save-A-Lot Food Store.Besides her Mother, and Father and step- mother, she is survived by the following ,one sister and one brother ,three step sisters, one niece and one nephew, and her grandparents, several aunts and uncles and other relatives and friends.
