Gilbert Marvin Moore, Jr., age 65, of Lawrenceville, Va., passed away February 29, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert M. Moore Sr. and Juanita Wrenn Moore.
He is survived by his wife, Lynda Newman Moore; a son, Gilbert M. Moore, III; two daughters, Margaret Johnson and Tammy Johnson; six grandchildren, Sarah, Jessica Ricky, Jr., Rebekah, Ashley, and Michael Johnson; and his brother, R.C. Moore and wife Lynn of Piedmont, S.C.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 2012, at Williams Funeral Home, Lawrenceville, Va., with interment in Oakwood Cemetery, Lawrenceville.
