MOSES JOHNSON GOVE

born April 7, 1815. He lived at East Boston, Mass., "in the early fifties," and at Manhattan City, Kansas, in 1867. He married Lucinda Atkins of Mount Vernon, Maine February 25, 1838. Four children:

Moses Gove

Granville Llewellyn Gove; died of typhoid fever in Kansas about 1864. He was Lieutenant of Company G, 11th Kansas Regiment, Colonel Booth. He is said to have been killed in the Battle of the Blue.

Mary M Gove., born in 1843 in Maine; died in Boston of consumption January 1, 1854 and lies buried in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Lucinda Johnson Gove, born July 4, 1852 in Boston, Mass., married Walter P. son of George S. and Hannah Hobart July 2, 1876 at Boston. He was born at Peru, Vermont about 1849.
