Married lawyer Francis Fogg a vestryman of Christ Church. In that church Mary attended the funerals of her parents and all of her three children. She and her mother helped to found the House of Industry (for young
destitute women) and the Protestant Orphan Asylum. They taught Sunday School in their homes for children who had no other means of becoming educated.
Mary was a writer, publishing seven books.
