ANDRUS—Mrs. C. Franc Andrus, widow of E. Y. Andrus, died Thursday at 8:50 a.m. She was born in Brooklyn. Pa. Sept. 13. 1871. the daughter of the late Bradford and Abigail Watrous. When 16 years of age she came to Binghamton, where she made her home until the family moved to Chenango Bridge a few years ago. She was united in marriage with E. Y. Andrus on Feb. 15. 1895. She was a member of the Chenango Bridge Methodist Church. She is survived by a son, William E. Andrus, Port Dickinson; two daughters, Miss Gertrude Andrus Chenango Bridge, and Mrs. J. Rolland Crompton wife of the Rev. J. Holland Crompton. minister of
the Ogden Hillcrest Methodist Church. Hillcrest; five grandchildren, William E. Andrus. Jr., Wilton, Conn.. Mrs. Robert Druker Bayside. L. I.. Dr. Richard E. Crompton, and Wesley R. Crompton, Trucksville, Pa.. Mrs. Dean B. Westover, Francestown. N. H.; 11 great - grandchildren. The funeral and committal services will be conducted at the Frank L. DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Ave.. Saturday at 2 p. m. The Rev. Robert P. Kellerman of the High Street Methodist Church and the Rev. John Crayton of the Chenango
Bridge Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be In Vestal Hills Memorial Park at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 3:30 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm Thurs., Feb. 22, 1962 PRESS, Binghamton, N. Y.
