Forrest Blair Riddle, 71, of Richfield, Utah, passed away November 10, 1997 at his home.
He was born April 18, 1926 in Marysvale, Utah, to Andrew Guy and Aleta King Riddle. Forrest married Lola Jean Nielsen, June 1, 1947 in Richfield, Utah.

Forrests zest for life was reflected in the sparkle of his eyes, hearty laughter, and contagious smile. His greatest joys were found through his undying love and devotion to his family. He gave of himself unconditionally and with limitless generosity. It is through his selflessness we have become rich in spirit.

His constant hard work reaped many rewards including the Kirby Companys most prestigious Gold Digger award for many years. He loved breeding, raising, caring for, and playing with his greatest passion...his horses.

He was a plumber, a gas man, furnace fixer, painter, carpet layer, and electrician. He could do it all.

Forrest was a simple, self-actualized man with no pretension. He gave and never asked, never complained... always his own special brand of man. We will treasure his memory always.

He is survived by his wife, sons and daughters, David and Rosalee Riddle; Layne and Marsha Riddle; Tyla Riddle and Marc Williams, all of Richfield; Racquel and Milo Bishop, Salt Lake; eight grandchildren: Raimee, Mindy, Rustyn, Randy, Rosanne, Lance, RaNell, Lexi; one great-granddaughter, Alison; brothers, Harmel, Drue, Bryce, all of Richfield; Carrol Riddle, Spring Glen; Bonnie Bolton, Salt Lake. Preceded in death by son, Randy Riddle; parents; brother and sister, Thello Riddle; Nada McHenry;

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 14, 1997 at 1 p.m. in the Richfield 10th LDS Ward Chapel (200 E. Center). Friends may call at the Magleby Mortuary Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m and again Friday at the Mortuary from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial will be with Military Rites by the V.F.W. Sevier Post #5050 in the Richfield City Cemetery. Funeral Directors, Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, Richfield, UT.
