He was a member of the Republican executive committee for five years and chairman for a year.
A resident of Bethel Park for 17 years, Mr. Barlow worked in the property and evaluation department at Equitable Gas Co. for 40 years.
He was a member of Bethel Park Presbyterian Church, Pittsburgh Masonic Lodge 484 and the American Society of Appraisers.
Husband of Sara Lewis, two children, grandchildren... brother of Samuel J. of Cleveland, Mrs. Jane McClurg of Yardley, Pa., and Mrs. Ethel Wilson of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Burial will be in Jefferson Memorial Park.
