Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 14, 1996, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Clarks Mills. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Father John Conrad with entombment at Knollwood Mausoleum, town of Kossuth.
She was born November 27, 1934, at Johnsburg, daughter of the late Albert and Dorothy Stephanie Wagner. She married Jerome Leitner November 24, 1956, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, New Holstein. She was a member of Catholic Knights Branch #194 and the Marian Council.
Survivors include her husband, Jerome; seven sons and two daughters-in-law, Steven and Mary Leitner, Reedsville, Robert Leitner, Manitowoc, Randall Leitner, Onalaska, Ronald and Dana Leitner, Reedsville, Dale Leitner, Richard Leitner and Alan Leitner, all at home; seven daughters and three sons-in-law, Linda and Gary French, Mishicot, Judith and Jeffrey Stuebs, Onalaska, Jean and Patrick Shimon, Manitowoc, Jane Leitner, Reedsville, Patricia Leitner, Manitowoc, Cheryl Leitner, Valders, Michele Leitner, at home; three brothers, Sylvester Wagner, Joseph Wagner, both of Kiel, Donald and Katie Wagner, New Holstein; one sister, Mary (Clarence) Biese, Chilton; 16 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathleen Carol, her husband's parents, Joseph and Barbara Leitner, two brothers, Francis and Robert, two sisters-in-law, Agnes and Delores Wagner, and a special friend, Elise Schmitt.
Friends may call at St. Mary's Church on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
