Malcolm L. Back Jr. of Jeffersonville, the owner of Malcolm Back Jr. Sanitation Company in Jeffersonville and a longtime area resident, died Thursday, March 22, 2001, at the Horton Medical Center in Middletown. He was 61 years of age.
The son of the late Malcolm L. and Margaret Weissinger Back Sr., he was born March 6, 1940, in Hackensack N.J.
Mr. Back was a member of the Bucktail Hunting Club and the National Rifle Association.
A memorial service was held Saturday at the Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home in Jeffersonville with the Rev. Kristen Anderson officiating.
Cremation was made at the Twin Tiers Crematory in Endicott.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Jeffersonville Fire Department, P.O. Box 156X, Jeffersonville, N.Y. 12748."
