Susan Abrams, aged eighty-four years, died Wednesday night at the Old Ladies' Home on East Main street, where she had been an inmate for a number of years. The funeral took place last Friday from the Home. The services were conducted by the Rev. W. G. Clinton, pastor of Centenary M.E. church, and the remains were taken to Fairview cemetery for interment. - New Albany Weekly Tribune 04 Dec 1903
