--Laura E. Snow, daughter of James and Antonette Moody, was born June 1, 1867 and passed away January 7, 1949, at the age of 81, in the Samaritan Hospital in Macon, Missouri. She was one of eleven children seven of whom preceded her in death.
--Her birthplace near Atlanta, Missouri [is] where she attended public school and spent her long and active life.
--Mrs. Snow was active in her church and her fondest hope was to instill in the hearts of the youth of her community, moral and Christian standards which would endure for their lives and pass on to their children's children. In teaching Sunday School at Mount Tabor and Atlanta Baptist Churches for nearly fifty years she gave freely of her life and love.
--Mr. and Mrs. Snow are survived by their children, Raymond and Cecil, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
