FREDRICK C. ROESKE Jr.

Fredrick C. Roeske, JR., 83, passed away May 3, 2012 at his home. Fred was born in Chicago, IL on February 13, 1929 to Fred and Edith (Woodbury) Roeske. After he graduated from high school he enlisted in the Army and proudly served his country in Korea during the war and then was stationed in Japan. After his discharge from the Army, Fred became a Master Brick Mason and Carpenter, making beautiful furniture for many famous people. Fred loved to golf, bicycle long distances, woodworking, and flying his Cessna. He also loved to travel all over the country with Mary.
Fred is survived by Mary; his children: son Andrew Roeske and daughter Ann Marie Belknap; grandchildren Keith Belknap and Christina Belknap; sister Isabel Ing; and many friends and extended family.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Florida Hospital Hospice, especially Steve, and Ormond Fire and Rescue for all their kind help.

A graveside memorial service will be held 11:00AM Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the Volusia Memorial Park, 550 N. Nova Rd., Ormond Beach, FL.
