Charles Dionisius Scott was the third and youngest child of Catherine Murphy Scott and Edward Scott. Charles, his brother Edward and sister Zita were raised by their Mother Catherine in San Francisco. Their Father died before 1906 when the children were young. Charles married Mildred Edgecombe Snider. They met working together at the US Post Office in San Francisco. Charles died when he was only 67 and Mildred lived on to be nearly 100. I understand they were very happy while together.
