Funeral services for Ransom Rambo, 72, farmer of Lincescum, La., who died at
the Pineville Hospital, March 21 at 1 p.m., were held March 22 at the
Friendship Church with Rev. Thompson Doughty of Manifest and Rev. Gus Graig
of Georgetown officiating. Interment took place at the Friendship Cemetery
in Grant Parish under the direction of Risher and Upshaw Funeral Home of Jena.
Deceased is survived by his widow, Mollie S. Rambo of Pollock; three sons,
William, George and Ernest Rambo; two daughters, Mrs. C. W. Gammill and Mrs.
Gillis Bowen; one brother, T. J. Rambo and two sisters, Mrs. R. L. Morgan and
Mrs. R. H. Nugent.
