Leonard attended Los Alamos Elementary and Righetti High school.
Mr. Valenzuela is survived by his mother, Suzanne Valenzuela, his wife, Larry Valenzuela, his daughters, Rhea (Valenzuela) Matthews and Heather (Valenzuela) Valdez, his son, Aaron Valenzuela, his sisters, Suzanne (Valenzuela) Tosti, Olivia (Valenzuela) Bugal and Susan (Valenzuela) Mitchell.
He is preceded in death by his father, Leonard Richard Valenzuela Sr., his brother, Rick Valenzuela.
