She was born on July 10, 1930 in Loudensville, WV, the daughter of the late William W. Phillips and Naomi M. Anderson Phillips LOng.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Roy Siburt, a daughter Ada Delores Fox, two sisters Beatrice Phillips and Violet Geneva Phillips.
Surivors include two daughters, Vanessa (Dave) Gibson of Wheeling, Pamela J. (Wil) Bungard of Proctor a son James J. (Rosa Sigley) Siburt of Blacks Creek, PA, a sister Genevieve Lenore (Joe)Reynolds of Cameron., eight grandchildren, Dale Fox, Rhonda Norvellm Jeffrey Fox, James Fox, Jennifer Gulley,Michael Gibson, Christy hill, Wiber L. Bungard, 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at Grisell Funeral Home &Crematory 400 Jefferson Ave. Moundsville, where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00a.m.
Interment in Salem Cemetery, Moundsville.
