Funeral services for Grace Florence Adams, 89, who died Thursday in a Lawton hospital following a long illness, was at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 12, at the Church of Christ. James Daubenspeck officiated.
Burial was in Rogers Cemetery under direction of Preston-Leckie Funeral Home.
Mrs. Adams was born May 28, 1890, in Missouri. She came to Oklahoma as a child. Her parents established a home in the Snyder community, where she has lived since that time. She was married to Bert Adams February 2, 1906, at Hobart. He preceded her in death in August 1945. She was a member of the Snyder Church of Christ.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Mrs. Edna Hash, Mt. Park, and Mrs. Bessie Dillingham, Grandfield; 2 sons: Roy Adams, 2408 A. Lawton, and Ray Adams, Snyder; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were: Hoyt Morris, John Fairbetter, Jim Barnett, Hack Berry, Fletcher Otwell, J.L. McCorkle and Leon Richardson.
