Uncle Buck served in the US Army and while he was stationed in Germany, he had the honor of playing military service football at the Berlin Olympic Stadium. He graduated from Kansas City Business College, had a career as a Traffic Manager in the transportation industry, and was a member of KC's Transportation Club. Uncle Buck was very involved with St. Patrick's Catholic Church and School, serving as PTO President and member of The Green Club. His passion was coaching and attending his children's and grandchildren's sporting events. He served as President of Bishop Ward's Quarterback Club and officiated for Little League Sports. He enjoyed golf, beer and Aunt Margie's home cooked meals. He also passed on his meticulous vacuuming skills to his children.
Aunt Margie and Uncle Buck shared 59 wonderful years together. She survived him along with their six children and their spouses, ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
