PFC Boyce entered the Army on 18 May 1943 and went overseas in Nov 1943. He participated in the Rhineland Campaign and the Battle of the Bulge. He was with Company A, 8th Infantry, Fourth Division and held 3 battle stars. He was killed in action in the Battle of the Bulge on Jan. 20, 1944. He was married to Ophelia Baker and had 2 children at the time of his death.

I called the cemetery office and was told he was buried here on 3 April l949. Thus, Frank's parents had his body brought home from France 5 years after his death. PFC So far, we do not know where his body was for those 5 years in France.
