JP was a heavy equipment operator, general contractor and rancher. Trout fishing, looking for quartz crystals and chopping firewood were among his favorite pastimes. Making wine was another pursuit. He was also a member of the Table Mountain Masonic Lodge.
Among those who survive him are his son Paul of Chico, his daughter Tammie and his granddaughter Michelle of Paradise.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 14th at 11:00 a.m. at the Paradise Alliance Church. Published in Paradise Post from March 10 to March 12, 2008.
