Houston - David Earl Bray, 67, died Thursday, May 17, 2012, at Shearer Richardson Memorial Nursing Home in Okolona.

He was born June 15, 1944, in Houlka to Earlie Eli Bray and Lois Mae Morgan Bray. He was disabled, a member of North Jackson Street Church of Christ, and a U. S. Marine Veteran.

Services are Saturday, May 19, 2012, at 3:00 PM at Houston Funeral Home in Houston with Rev. Don Brady officiating. Burial will follow at Poplar Springs Cemetery in Vardaman.

Survivors include his sisters, Corrine Turner of Okolona, Ruby Riggs of Salinas, CA, and Dovie Ezell of Houston.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Ruth Bray Eaves.

Pallbearers are James Black, Ron Nolan, David Thomas, David Glenn Ezell, Leon Fortner, and Jerry Foster. Honorary pallbearer is Raymond Pettit.

Visitation is Saturday, May 19, from 1:00 until the 3:00 PM service time at Houston Funeral Home.
