Charlotte Ferne Stair, 87, of the Alliance Home, 770 S Hanover St, Carlisle, died Wednesday, Sept 27, 1995, in the home.
Born June 20, 1908, in Pittston, she was a daughter of the late Charles Peter Stair and Lulu Gertrude Frankinfield Stair Sutton.
She was a home missionary for the Free Methodist Church and also was a seamstress.
She was a member of Christian Missionary Church, York.
Surviving are her sister, Lois Caley of Wanami; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 am Friday in the Alliance Home Chapel, 770 S Hanover St, Carlisle, with the Rev Robert Stewart officiating. Burial will be in Kutz's Cemetery, Middlesex Township.
Friends may call from 10 to 11 am Friday at the chapel.
Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, Carlisle, is in charge of arrangements.
