Surviving are her parents; grandparents: Angela Boone of Taylorville, Bill Simmons of Taylorville, Cindy Glazier of Taylorville, and Jeff Durbin of Taylorville; step-grandfather, Mark Zepin of Taylorville; great-grandparents: Aubrey E. and Patsy Smith, Billy and Arthur Durbin, and Barbara and Gary Allen, all of Taylorville; aunts: Amanda Smith, Lacey Austin, Amber Simmons, Shandra Durbin, and Samantha Zepin, all of Taylorville; and uncles: Brian Durbin, Nick Zepin, and Brett Durbin, all of Taylorville.
