George William McDonald, 75 of Flowery Branch died Tues. March 31, 1998. Survived by wife, Norma McDonald; sons, Cliff, Mike, and David McDonald; brothers, Gene and Paul McDonald. Mr. McDonald was a native of Hall County, was retired from National Auto Research in Gainesville, served with the Third Marine Division in the South Pacific during WW II and was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Yaarrab Shrine Temple in Atlanta, and was a member of New Bethany Bpt. Church. Funeral Fri. at Tapp F. H. with Rev. Raymond Kelley officiating and interment in Broadlawn Memorial Gardens.
