Clara was born to Cecil Sylvester & Clara Christene Keesling. She graduated Grant Union H.S. 1944. She married William "Bill" Brown, June 18, 1948, Fair Oaks, CA., & had a daughter, Lynda Jo Brown Hickerson, & son, William "Bill" Brown, Jr., all of whom survive her, and also 2 granddaughters, 3 gr-grandchildren. She worked for Wells Fargo. Jean & Bill moved to Salmon, Idaho in 1976, where she opened a women's clothing store. Later they moved back to Citrus Heights, CA.
