Louize "Billye" D. Blackburn, 84, of Las Vegas, passed away May 17, 2004. She was born May 9, 1920, on a ranch in Southern Wyoming, and was a resident of Las Vegas for 25 years. Louize was a retired cashier at the Las Vegas Convention Center. She was preceded in death by Harvey A. Blackburn, who passed away August of 1991. Louize is survived by her son; daughter; and four grandchildren. Private services were held in Ft. Collins, Colo. Arrangements were handled by Thomas & Jones Funeral Home.
