J. Bert Bietsch, 93, formerly of 327 South Hanover Street, Carlisle, died Wednesday in Menno Haven Nursing Home, Chambersburg.
He was born in Chambersburg and was the son of the late George and Elizabeth Pressler Bietsch. He was the widower of Mabel Hoover Bietsch.
He was a retired employee of Frog Switch and Manufacturing Company, Carlisle, he was an employee of the Carlisle YMCA and the Carlisle School District. He was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge, Chambersburg.
He is survived by a daughter, June B. White, 8607 Woodbrook Lane, Chevy Chase, Md.; three grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
Services will be held Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. in the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 South Hanover ST., Carlisle. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens.
There will be no viewing.
