Jeffrey Lynn "Little Jeff" Hawkins
Graveside service for Jeffrey Lynn "Little Jeff" Hawkins, 39 of Opelika is Friday, January 16, 2004, at 11:00 a.m., in Garden Hills Cemetery.
Visitation is Thursday at 6-8 p.m. at Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home.
Mr. Hawkins, who died Wednesday, January 14, 2004 at East Alabama Medical Center, was born March 21, 1964 in Jacksonville, Indinana. Mr. Hawkins had lived most of his life in Opelika. He loved riding his Harley motorcycle, and was a member of the Wingmen Motorcycle Club of Opelika.
He is survived by his wife Betty Hawkins, Opelika; daughter, Emmalee I. Cherry, Opelika; mother, Valda Benson, Opelika; father, Kenneth Hawkins (Marie), Carrollton, GA; sister, Carol Hawkins Nash, Monroe, LA; brother, William Gene Hawkins, Louisville, KY; step-brother, Randy Queen, Carrollton, GA; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680 North Canton, OH 44720. Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home is directing.
