Thurs. June 27, 1974 Mrs. Hollie Doris Hamilton, age 58, of Route 2,
Crockett, passed away Wednesday, June 19, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Hamilton was born Oct. 23, 1915 in Houston County and had spent all of
her life here. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Thursday, June 20, in the Waller Family
Chapel with Rev. E. P. Ramsey officiating. Burial was in the Creek Cemetery at
Austonio.
She is survived by her husband, Jesse Hamilton of Austonio; her mother, Mrs.
Mae Pickens of Crockett; two sons, Thomas Ray Hamilton and Roy Hamilton of
Austonio; six brothers, Dudley Allee, J. C. Allee, William Allee and Kenneth
Allee, all of Houston, Cecil Allee of Marble Falls, and Tommy Allee of Crockett;
six sisters, Mrs. Linda Henry of Huntsville, Mrs. Opal Wedemeyer of Waco, Mrs.
Johnny Mae Hamilton of Crockett, Mrs. Willie Alford and Mrs. Betty Wiese of
Houston, and Mrs. Pearl Hennesy of Albuquerque, New Mex.; and a number of nieces
and nephews.
