Beloved wife of James M. Hite, Sr., mother of James M. Hite, Jr., grandmother of Elaine Hite Shuffelen, James M. Hite, III, Robert Marc Hite Datillo, Rebecca Hite Pickett, Andrew David Hite, Barbara Hite Morgan, Kenneth Frank Hite and Keith Chesley Hite; beloved step-grandmother of Margaret Knutsen Gall and Jean Knutsen Adams. She was an avid gardener, especially her beloved dahlias and chrysanthemums, and an excellent cook, baker and seamstress. She was a wonderful role model and will always be sorely missed by those who loved her and those she loved.
