Funeral services for Terry D. Bales will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at the Pentecostals of Alexandria with Reverend Gary Howington and Reverend Terry Shock officiating. Entombment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, Ball.

The family requests that visitation be observed at Hixson Brothers, Alexandria Tuesday, May 29, 2012 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. and continued at the Church from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.

Terry, 47, of Alexandria, passed away at his home on Sunday, May 27, 2012. He was retired from the Social Security Administration; and brother of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. He loved his family and was a devoted husband and father.

His maternal grandparents, Reverend O.C. Dyess and Mrs. Edna Bonnette Dyess, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Vicki Beard Bales of Alexandria; two sons, Carl Bales of New Orleans and Zachary Bales of Alexandria; mother, Carolyn Dyess Bales of Alexandria; brother, Joseph Bales and partner Shannon Manley of Bryan, Texas; sister, Karen Bales Rubenstien and husband, Dr. Gary Rubenstien of Alexandria; niece, Terris Whitlock and husband, Jared Whitlock of Mill Creek, Washington; niece, Carly Bales of Buna, Texas; nephew, Cyle Bales and son, Carson, of Lumberton, Texas; nieces and nephews, Hannah, Ryleigh, Cameron, Sarah, Maximus, and Gabriel Rubenstien of Alexandria.

Pallbearers honored to serve will be Cyle Bales, Jared Whitlock, Neil Patel, Billy Beard, Shannon Manley, Aaron Herrington, Clayton Bonnette and Oliver Neal.
