Ora Owen O'Neill, 77, Route 1, Kearney died Tuesday at Liberty Hospital. He was born in Norborne, Mo., and had lived in Kearney since 1945. Mr O'Neill was a security guard at William Jewell College. Earlier, he was a maintenance worker for Corn Products until 1972. He was a Mason, a member of the Clay County Civil Defense. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, a member of the Holt Post of the American Legion and the Liberty Post of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and past commander of the Kearney VFW Post. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Kearney. He leaves is wife, Brs. Bunice O'Neill of the home.
