He was born August 4, 1985 in Layton a son of Kevin Douglas Rock and Theresa Marie White Rock.
Landon was reared and educated in Roy and in the Ogden area where he lived all his life. He attended Fremont High School and graduated from Bonneville High School in 2003.
Landon was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
