A memorial service will be held at 7 P.M., Tuesday evening at Hamiltons Southtown Funeral Home.
The family will greet friends from 3 to 7 Tuesday at the funeral home.
David was a retired foreman from Neuman Brothers Construction and was a Navy veteran of World War 2 serving on the USS Nevada.
He is survived by his wife Helen, 3 daughters, Glenda (Lester) Statler, Vicki Foust, Debbie Brown all of Des Moines and 1 son Brian Foust of Des Moines, 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchilden.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ellis and Flora Foust; his brother Howard Foust; his close cousin Bud McAninch; and his son in law, John Brown.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
