Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The rosary will be recited at the Willoughby Funeral Home at Howard Wednesday at 8pm.
Mr. Driscoll was born Sept. 8, 1873 at Bradford, Ill., and farmed in the vicinity of DeSmet for 40 years before moving to Howard three years ago. More recently he had been a resident of the Brady Memorial Home in Mitchell.
Mr. Driscoll served in the State Legislature from Kingsbury in 1933. As a young man he was a teacher.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Darleen Hallenbeck of Madison and Mrs. Ellen Corbin of DeSmet, five sons, Charles of Madison, Walter of Oldham, Frank of DeSmet and John and James of Carthage and one sister, Mrs. Julia McManus of Peoria, Ill.
