Funeral services for Mrs. Earl (Phyllis) Tavener, age 52, were held from the Triska Chapel in Rosenberg at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 1968, with Rev. Frank Cate officiating.
Survivors are two sons, Dan and Gary Tavener of Rosenberg, and one grandchild.
Mrs. Tavener was born in California on April 27, 1916. For the past 22 years, she has made her home in Rosenberg. She passed away at the Polly Ryon Hospital following a short illness.
Cremation was made at the Forest Park Crematory.
