Presumably died in the Freeport NY area but date and actual location of death/grave has not been found as of this time - LJG

She can last be seen in the 1915 New York census living with her daughter Lillie
She is most likely buried in Greenwood Cemetery Brooklyn as her daughter Lillie is buried in the plot of her brother Russell Irish and his family. Another brother Lucius Barstow Irish is also buried in the same cemetery.
Have been unable to confirm this as of yet
