She was born December 10, 1910 in Cocolamus, the daughter of the late Edward J. and Minnie D. [Hopple] Frymoyer.
She is survived by her husband, Alton C. Bay of Locust Grove Retirement Village, whom she married January 1, 1932 in Mount Pleasant Mills.
She attended Thompsontown Elementary School and Thompsontown High School.
She was employed as a machine operator for Gwen Fashions, McAlisterville, for 20 years, then with Thompsontown Manufacturing Co., Thompsontown, for eight years, retiring in 1974.
She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Thompsontown.
A graveside funeral service was conducted Friday at Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Thompsontown, with Rev. Kerry Aucker officiating.
