Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, in Grace Baptist Church, directed by Waters-Powell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Byrd Cemetery in Timmonsville. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
He was born in Loris, a son of the late Lorenza Dow and Mary Alma Fulwood Small. He was the traffic manager for a trucking company.
Mr. Small was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
