Edna Mildred Ellis, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at Exempla Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
A native of Daytona Beach and 1945 graduate of Mainland High School, she worked at several dry cleaners, Riverside, Bodney's and Brooks. She enjoyed bowling, dancing, and reading. She also was a member of Central Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Kenneth Lowe and Leon Mack (Jack) Lowe.
She is survived by her daughter Linda Mroz; grandson Nicholas Mroz; son-in-law Richard Mroz of Arvada, Colorado; two sisters and one brother Erma Moody of Lake Worth, Fla., Lila Juhlin of Blairsville, Ga., Donald Lowe of Daytona Beach, Florida; and nieces and nephews Betty Hawks, Sandra Juhlin, Steve Juhlin.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, June 10th, at 2:00 pm at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, 548 N. Nova Rd., Ormond Beach, FL 32174. Interment will follow the funeral service at Volusia Memorial Park, 550 N. Nova Rd., Ormond Beach, FL.
