Torrey Brown Jr was murdered on March 27, 2012 by his mother when she smothered him and placed him in an apartment complex dumpster where they lived in Commerce City, CO. His remians were found in a landfill months later in June of 2012. His mother had plead guilty to second degree murder and was sentenced to 42 years in prison.
