WEBB - Mr. Roy Webb,
beloved son of Mrs. Ethel
Webb of Vauxhall, passed
away on Sunday, July 30!h,
1978 at the age of 59 years.
Born in England in 1918, Roy
came to Canada in 1919 sett
l i n g with his family in
Calgary. Later he moved to
Coalhurst where he began his
schooling and in 1929 moved to
the Retlaw area where he was
engaged in farming until the
time of his passing. Mr, Webb
also worked at the Canadian
Sugar Factory in Taber for
over 20 years and was a
member of the Royal Canadian
Legion in Taber. He is
survived by his mother, Mrs.
Ethel Webb of Vauxhall, and
was predeceased by his father
James Thomas Webb in 1960.
An Anglican funeral .service
will be held in Parkview
United Church, Vauxhall on
Thursday, August 3rd at 2
p.m. with Canon Leo Thurston
officiating, interment to
follow in the Vauxhall Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, those
who wish may donate to the
Canadian Cancer Society c/o
Oddies Central Drug, Taber.
